Dodge County Public Health will be holding community clinics for the flu vaccine throughout October. Clinics will have the following vaccines available:
• Fluzone Quadrivalent - $40
• Flublok Quadrivalent - $80
• Fluzone High-Dose Quadrivalent - $80
Flu vaccines will be administered to anyone ages six-months and up on the following days and locations:
• October 9th from 11 am – 1 pm at Dodge Center City Hall

Area residents got a chance to learn about the latest plans to reconstruct Highway 57 in Mantorville at a public meeting last week. The work is scheduled for next summer. The presentation was given the engineering firm whks, which is overseeing the project.

Kasson has been selected as one of six southern Minnesota communities to participate in the Rural Entrepreneurial Ventures (REV) program of the Southern Minnesota Initiative Foundation (SMIF).
The program focuses on entrepreneurial supports and economic growth for towns under 10,000 population in SMIF’s 20-county region. The program runs for a three-year period, beginning in January 2024.

Filings for Council Open

Four days of fun are scheduled for West Concord next week as the annual Survival Days gets under way on Thursday, July 20, continuing through Sunday, July 23.

A couple and their dog have been displaced after a fire destroyed their Kasson home on July 4.
