Henry Maynard Fast, 91, of Hayfield, formerly of Kasson, passed away on Thursday, January 6, 2022, at Field Crest Care Center in Hayfield.
Henry was born on August 7, 1930, on their large family farm in Onida, S.D. to Gerhard and Mary (Unruh) Fast. He walked several miles every day to country school. He enjoyed his childhood on the farm.

Joseph Earl Finn, 56, of Roswell, Georgia, passed away December 29, 2021.
Joe grew up on a beautiful farm outside of Kasson. He graduated from Kasson/Mantorville High School in 1983, then joined the United States Air Force, serving at Hill AFB in Utah, and then as a proud member of the Thunderbirds, the USAF demonstration team, in Nevada.

Charles Ambros Braun, 87, of Kasson, passed away on Wednesday, December 15, 2021, at Mayo Clinic Saint Marys Campus in Rochester.
Charles was born on August 12, 1934, in Emmet County, N.D. to August and Leona (DuChene) Braun. He lived there until he was 3 years old when they moved to Callaway, Minn. He attended school through 8th grade and then would say he went to high school at the farm show.

Ross Abel, 66, of Bonita Springs, Fla., lost his battle with cancer and died on December 21, 2021.
He was born January 20, 1955.

Sandra Kaye (Andersen) Schaefer of Kasson, died December 26, 2021, surrounded by family and under the care of hospice at her daughter Kristine’s home in Rosemount.

James “Jim” Robert Mollert, 56, of Kasson, passed away on Sunday, December 26, 2021, at Mayo Clinic Methodist Hospital in Rochester.
