Marilyn Merle Grove, 91, of Kasson passed away peacefully, with family by her side, on January 12, 2022 at Samaritan Bethany Nursing Home where she had been a resident for two years.

Beau Senjem of Hayfield passed away on Tuesday, December 28, at the age of 94.
Beaumont Dalton Senjem was born July 6, 1927, in a small house in Rock Dell. He was the only child of Earl and Tillie (Johnson) Senjem. Earl worked in the Rock Dell store and then moved the family to Hayfield where he opened Senjem Fairway Foods.

Richard P. “Dick” Finley, 89, of Kasson, passed away peacefully Monday, January 3, 2022 surrounded by family at his home in rural Kasson.
Richard was born November 23, 1932, to Paul and Dorothea (Jensen)Finley. He completed an 8th grade education.
On October 25, 1952, he married Jane E. Brandt of Dysart, Iowa. The couple lived in Rochester, several years before moving to rural Kasson.

Darrel Herbert Schoppers, 82, of Dodge Center, passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 8, 2022, at his residence in Dodge Center.
Darrel is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Ann Schoppers; daughters, Suzann (Manny) Gutierrez, Wendy (Mike) Apitz; son, Curtis (Angel) Schoppers; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Tracy Jo; and grandson, Jonathan.

Jean Marie Bartel, 80, Lexington, S.C., died on December 28, 2021.
She was born April 28, 1941 to Don and Doris Spilman. Jean graduated from K-M High School in 1959 and attended Northwestern bible College in Minneapolis.
After her first marriage failed, she found and later married Dan Bartel, formerly of Kasson and chef at the Hubbell House. They build a house together in the mountains of North Carolina.

Esther Maxine Zeller, 91, a lifelong rural West Concord resident, died on Thursday, January 6, 2022, at Prairie Meadow Senior Living in Kasson. A visitation was held on Wednesday, January 12, at Michaelson Funeral Home in West Concord. A funeral will be held at a later date.
Esther Kraling the daughter of Otto and Edna (King) Kraling was born on February 16, 1930 in Dodge County and lived in Berne area most of her life.
