AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 150.021 OF THE MANTORVILLE CITY CODE AND OPTING OUT OF THE REQUIREMENTS OF MINNESOTA STATUTES, SECTION 462.3593
WHEREAS, on May 12, 2016, Governor Dayton signed in to law the creation and regulation of temporary family health care dwellings, codified at Minnesota Statutes Section 462.3593, which permit and regulate temporary family health care dwellings;

The City of Kasson Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, September 12, at 6:30 pm in the Kasson City Council Chambers. The purpose of the Hearing will be for the Commission to take public comments on a proposed Ordinance that would allow the City of Kasson to “Opt Out” of the Temporary Family Health Care Dwellings statute, codified at Minn. Stat. § 462.3593.
 

The City of West Concord is accepting quotes for snow removal.  The contract period is from October 15, 2016 through May 1, 2018.
Snow removal will be from Main Street (between East First St. and Second St.), in front of the West Concord Historical Society, the West Concord Liquor Store parking lot and any other area that may be requested.  All bids must include: equipment to be used and the hourly rate.  

The City of West Concord is accepting applications for Refuse Hauling.  An application for licensing maybe attained from the City Administrator’s office. The license period will be 10/1/16 until 9/30/18.  Applications are due at the West Concord Government Center on or before 4:00 p.m. September 15, 2016.

Robert “Bob” Paul Seifert, 54, passed away on Aug. 25, 2016, after losing his battle with alcoholism Bob Seifert was born and raised in Rhinelander, Wisconsin on Oct. 1, 1961. He was the youngest of five children and the only son of Robert Leo Seifert and Regina Margaret (Powell) Seifert.
