Evelyn M. Balzer, 95, of Blooming Prairie, died July 31, 2015, at the Prairie Manor Nursing Home in Blooming Prairie.
She was born June 24, 1920, in Steele County the daughter of Joseph and Anna (Jirele) Wurst.

Doris May Halstenson, age 90, of Blooming Prairie, died Wednesday morning, July 22, 2015, at Prairie Manor Nursing Home in Blooming Prairie. She was born Sept. 29, 1924, in Owatonna to Edward Fitzgerald and Nina Mae (Annett) Gregor. Doris attended school in Owatonna, graduating from Owatonna High School in 1942. She continued her education with Nurses’ Training at St. Lucas Deaconess Hospital in Faribault.

Myles Daniel Scott Stucky passed away in Blooming Prairie on July 18, 2015, at seven weeks and six  days old. Myles was the son of Cory Stucky and Amy Solland. This precious little man was too eager to meet Mommy and Daddy being born five weeks premature. He loved to be snuggled close as well as falling asleep with a full belly of milk, floating in the backyard pool with Mommy and Daddy.
