‘Two Putz for the Win’ kicks off  the melodrama season at MTC

Actors for the upcoming MTC show Two Putz for the Win bring to life the family melodrama about the Putz family and their Putz Putter Golf Company. The show runs June 12-28 Fridays and Saturdays at 7 p.m. and Sundays at 2 p.m. at the Mantorville Opera House.

“Two Putz for the Win” or “Par for the Course” is on stage through June 28 at the Mantorville Opera House, 5 Fifth St. W.
Written by David Klickman and directed by Cheryl Frarck, the show starts at 7 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays; Sundays at 2 p.m.
Uriah Putz is the founder of the Putz Putter Golf Company. Now that he is ready to retire, he plans to give the company to his son, Isaac. Of course things don’t go as planned and everything falls apart! What is Arthur up to? Who has been stealing money from the company? Will Isaac become the head of the company? Come enjoy this tee-rific show to find out.
Uriah Putz is played by Cameron Harris, with Isaac Putz played by Theodore McGinnis. The company’s secretaries are played by Anna Johnson (Ruth Ann Fairway) and Savannah Potter (Sandy Trapp). Zachary Trapp portrays Arthur Niblick, the company manager. Madysen Nelson portrays Caddie Schott, the company accountant.
Other characters include Betsy Green, played by Amy Majsterski, and Officer Patrick O’Mulligan, played by Luke Burke. Susan Shepard brings the music to the show as the pianist.
