Triton AD provides update on fall season, activities

As we wind down the fall sports season here at Triton, we want to recognize the tremendous efforts and achievements of our student athletes and coaches.
Our volleyball team is enjoying an outstanding season with a current record of 19-6, while our football team holds a strong 4-2 record. The boys’ soccer team, which co-ops with Kasson-Mantorville, had a solid run, ending their season with a hard-fought 6-4 loss to the Austin Packers. Meanwhile, our cross-country team, led by Coach Shelly Bungum, continues to impress—setting new personal and seasonal bests at each meet.
As the regular seasons wrap up, volleyball, football, and cheer are preparing for the upcoming section playoffs, with seedings to be announced soon. We’re excited to support our Cobras as they enter the postseason!
Between fall and winter sports, we’re also looking forward to a special performance for our community. Directed by Ms. Ryg, our fall play, The Play That Goes Wrong, will take the stage the week of November 17th. You won’t want to miss this entertaining production!
It’s been a memorable fall, and we look forward to creating even more lasting moments as we head into playoffs.
Lastly, the winter eligibility meeting for all student-athletes in grades 7-12 who plan on playing a winter sport will be Monday, November 3rd at 7pm.
Sincerely,
Brandon Neseth
