ORDINANCE NO. 865 CITY OF KASSON AN ORDINANCE RESCINDING SECTION 50.04 (B) OF THE CITY OF KASSON CODE OF ORDINANCES

WHEREAS, Section 50.04(B) of the City of Kasson Code of Ordinances will be replaced with a new policy, and;
WHEREAS, Section 50.04(B)(8)(a)(b) and (c) will be moved to Section 50.23 as subsection (F), and;
WHEREAS, strike from Section 50.04(C), “Partial construction of a street or reconstruction of a limited number of infrastructure items shall be governed by this section.” 
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KASSON, ORDAINS as follows:
 
Section 50.04 (B) is rescinded and subsection 50.04 (B)(8)(a), (b) and (c) shall be moved to Section 50.23 as subsection (F). And striking “Partial construction of a street or reconstruction of a limited number of infrastructure items shall be governed by this section.”, from section 50.04(C).
 
This Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage and publication.
ADOPTED this 22nd day of November, 2016, by the City Council of the City of  Kasson.
