NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR HEALTH INSURANCE FOR KASSON-MANTORVILLE SCHOOL DISTRICT #204

Kasson-Mantorville School District #204 requests proposals for group health insurance coverage for the school district’s group health plan year beginning September 1, 2017.  Sealed proposals will be accepted in paper form until 1:00 pm central time on Tuesday, April 18, 2017 and should be mailed to:  Bob Hasz, Business Manager, Kasson-Mantorville School District #204; 101 16th St. NE; Kasson, MN 55944.  Bids will be opened and read at 3:15 pm on April 18, 2017 at the District Office located in Kasson-Mantorville High School, 101 16th St. NE, Kasson MN 55944.
Copies of the Request for Proposal and exhibits may be requested from Bob Hasz at the above address or via email: b.hasz@komets.k12.mn.us and will be sent electronically at no charge.
Kasson-Mantorville School District #204 reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.  Kasson-Mantorville School District #204 reserves the right to select the proposal which it determines to be in the best interest of the District. U:8-9c
