NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON VACATION OF DEDICATED PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENTS IN SOUTH BEND COMMERCIAL PARK, AND PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENTS AND PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY IN KASSON INDUSTRIAL PARK II, CITY OF KASSON, DODGE COUNTY, MINNESOTA PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STA

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a hearing will be held before the Kasson City Council on the 22nd day of November, 2016, in the City Hall located at 401 SE 5th Street, Kasson, Minnesota at 6:00 p.m. to consider the following vacation requests:
1. Proposed vacation of dedicated public utility easements in South Bend Commercial Park, City of Kasson, Dodge County, Minnesota and legally described as:
All Utility and drainage easements with lots 2, 3 and 4, Block 3 South Bend Commercial Park, according to the plat thereof on file at the County Recorder’s Office.  Dodge County, Minnesota:  EXCEPT the 20.00 foot wide utility and drainage easement adjacent to the north lines of said Lots 2 and 4;  EXCEPT the 10.00 foot wide utility and drainage easement adjacent to the west line of said Lot 2;   EXCEPT the 10.00 foot wide utility and drainage easement adjacent to the south lines of said Lots 2 and 3; and Except the 10.00 foot wide utility and drainage easement adjacent to the east lines of said Lots 3 and 4.  NOTE: This easement vacation is in conjunction with the proposed consolidation of Lots 2, 3 and 4, Block 3 South Bend Commercial Park.
2.  Proposed vacation of right of way and utility easements in Kasson Industrial Park II, City of Kasson, Dodge County, Minnesota and legally described as:  
All of commerce drive right of way and all utility easements contained in Lot 2, Block 1 and Lot 1, Block 2, Kasson Industrial Park Two, Dodge County, MN.
AND
That part of the sanitary sewer easement in the West Half of the SE Quarter of Section 33, Township 107 North, Range 16 West located east and north of the following described line:
Commencing at a point on the existing North Right of way line of Commerce Drive and the Easterly line of the West half of said SE Quarter, thence North 00 degrees, 04 minutes 00 seconds East (Note: All bearing are based on the Dodge County Coordinate System, NAD ’83, Adjusted 1996) along said Easterly line, a distance of 327.33 feet to a point on a line 660 feet south of the North line of said West half; thence North 89 degrees 46 minutes 39 seconds West, 593.95 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence South 00 degrees 08 minutes 24 seconds West, 64.40 feet; thence South 89 degrees 51 minutes 38 seconds East, 53.98 feet to the termination of said line.
