NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING KASSON PLANNING COMMISSION

Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of Claremont, Minnesota, will meet in Claremont City Hall on Wednesday, September 7, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. to hold a Public Hearing for a Variance Request.  The Variance Request is to build a garage (at 417 2nd Street) closer to the side lot line than allowed by city ordinance.  This request is made by Ethan and Sandie Reed.  
All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the above-named request should attend this meeting.  Written comments must be received by 2:00 p.m. on September 7, 2016.  Comments can be sent to Claremont City Hall, c/o Variance Request, P.O. Box 235, Claremont, MN 55924.
