NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The City of Kasson Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, July 11, at 6:30 pm in the Kasson City Council Chambers.   The purpose of the Hearing will be for the Commission to take public comments on a proposal to rescind the Variance issued for 101 3rd St. NW to 1918 Kasson Public School LLLP.
That permit was authorized on May 13, 2015 and there is no evidence that the building is being used for affordable housing as was indicated in the original application.
Copies of the Variance are available at the Kasson City Hall, 401 Fifth St. SE, Kasson, MN, can be obtained by mail by calling (507) 634-6328 or by e-mailing planning_eda@cityofkasson.com .
