NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The City of Kasson Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, November 28, at 6:30 p.m. in the Kasson City Council Chambers.   The purpose of the Hearing will be for the Commission to take public comments on:
Kwik Trip is requesting a Minor Subdivision to combine Lots 2, 3 and 4 of Block 3, South Bend Commercial Park to be known as Tract A.
Bigelow-Voigt Land Dev. LLC is requesting a Conditional Use Permit for a Planned Unit Development at 1500 W Main St, Kasson, MN.  The intended use is detached patio homes in a private common interest community.
Bigelow-Voigt Land Dev. LLC is requesting a Conditional Use Permit for a Planned Unit Development located within the boundaries of Outlot B of Prairie Willows 2nd Subdivision.  The intended use is attached townhomes in a private common interest community.
David Dripps, Davidson Developments, LLC is requesting a Conditional Use Permit for an Auto Dealership in a C-2 (General Commercial) District.  The Property is located at 10 East Veterans Memorial Hwy.
