NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND CLAIMANTS OF MILL 5, INC.

The undersigned, Thomas P. Weeks, Secretary, of Mill 5, Inc., a corporation formed under the Laws of the State of Minnesota do hereby give notice that at a meeting of the shareholders of the corporation duly called for the stated purpose of considering a proposition to dissolve such corporation which meeting was held at Weber, Leth & Woessner, PLC, 38 West Main Street, P.O. Box 130, Dodge Center, Minnesota 55927, on May 24, 2016, at 9:30 a.m. pursuant to notice duly and regularly given to the shareholders thereof in conformity with the laws of the State of Minnesota, and at which meeting all of the shareholders were present, personally or by teleconference, and by unanimous vote for the corporation to be dissolved. 
Further, notice is hereby given pursuant to the order and in conformity to the laws of the State of Minnesota, that: 
1. The corporation is in the process of dissolving;
2. The corporation has filed with the Secretary of State for the State of Minnesota Notice of Intent to Dissolve with such Notice filed on June 22, 2016; 
3. The address of the office to which claims against the corporation must be presented is:
