Jason P. Sudbeck, 54, Lino Lakes, previously appeared and was convicted of felony possession of narcotics. He was sentenced to $130 and 60 months in St. Cloud State Prison.

Blotter Spotlight: Threats: Deputies responded to a terroristic threats incident in the 700 block of Center Ave. S. in Hayfield at 12:51 a.m. on Feb. 16.
The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office handled 135 complaints during the week of Feb. 12 — 18:
Feb. 13
Fire: Deputies responded to a barn fire in the 26900 block of 520th St. in Pine Island at 11:04 a.m.
Harassment: At 2:15 p.m., a harassment incident occurred in the 900 block of 3rd Ave. SE in Hayfield.
Feb. 14
Order for Protection: Deputies received a report of an order for protection violation in the 800 block of Center Ave. S. in Hayfield at 5:57 p.m.
Feb. 15
Domestic: Deputies responded to a domestic disturbance in the 57600 block of 185th Ave. in Dodge Center at 1:40 p.m.
Hit and Run: At 2:57 p.m., a hit and run accident occurred at 600th St. and 200th Ave. in Mantorville.
Feb. 16
Vandalism: Deputy took a report of an unreadable road sign at 610th St. and 150th Ave. in Dodge Center at 11:49 a.m.
Feb. 17
Larceny: Deputy took a larceny report at Kwik Trip in Dodge Center at 5:29 a.m.
Feb. 18
Child Neglect: Deputies received a report of child neglect in Kasson at 1:25 p.m. It was unfounded.
Environment: At 7:06 p.m., a gas spill occurred at Casey’s in Hayfield.
Dumping: At 10:31 p.m., mattresses were found in the road at County Hwy. 24 and 180th Ave. in West Concord.

The Kasson Police Department handled 84 complaints during the week of Feb. 12 — 18:
Feb. 13
Vandalism: Police began an investigation of criminal damage to property at Burger King at 12:18 p.m.
Missing Person: Police assisted with a missing person in the 100 block of Mantorville Ave. S. at 3:58 p.m.
Suspicion: Police found damage to a front door in the 300 block of 9th St. SE at 10:52 p.m.
Feb. 14
Vape: At 10:39 a.m., a student had a vape at school in the 2000 block of Mantorville Ave. N.
Harassment: At 11:23 a.m., a harassment incident occurred on Sunset Ave.
Property Damage: Police received a report of a vehicle hitting a light pole in the 700 block of Mantorville Ave. N. at 3:20 p.m.
Feb. 15
Suspicion: Police received a report of chainsaw sounds in the 1000 block of 7th Ave. NW at 9:13 p.m. They were unable to locate anything.
Suspicion: Officers made a traffic stop in the 400 block of 5th St. SE at 10:45 p.m. There was suspicious activity during the contact.
