The following cases were heard in Dodge County District Court the week of Dec. 17 with Judge Debra A. Groehler presiding:
Adrien M. Alger, 22, Kasson, previously appeared and was convicted of felony terroristic threats. He was sentenced to $580, 15 days in county jail, chemical dependency evaluation, no alcohol or controlled substance use, do not enter liquor establishments, mental health evaluation, cognitive skill training, 50 hours of community service and 5 years of supervised probation.
Jordan C. Alsaker, 35, Pine Island, previously appeared and was convicted of felony check forgery. Alsaker was sentenced to $1,800, 4 days in county jail, no possession of firearms, obtain permission to leave the state, no alcohol or controlled substance use, no contact with victim, 100 hours of community service and 5 years of supervised probation.

Weapons: Deputies responded to a weapons offense at Triton High School at 11:56 a.m.

Harassment: Harassment incidents occurred in the 900 block of 3rd Ave. SE in Hayfield at 8:24 a.m. and 6:07 p.m.

Disturbance: Deputies responded to a disturbance at Harold’s in Dodge Center at 9:14 p.m.

Harassment: At 7:54 p.m., a harassment incident occurred in the 900 block of 3rd Ave. SE in Hayfield.

Disturbance: Deputies responded to a disturbance in the 25000 block of 655th St. in Kasson at 12:53 a.m. and the 100 block of 2nd St. W. in Claremont at 8:53 p.m.
Dec. 25
Disturbance: At 9:46 p.m., a disturbance occurred in the 300 block of 2nd St. NE in Hayfield.
Dec. 26
Vandalism: Property damage was reported in the 100 block of Front St. W. in Claremont at 12:17 p.m.

Vape: At 9:27 a.m., a student at a vape at ZED.
Sexual Assault: Police began an investigation of sexual assault in the city at 4:41 p.m.

Crash: At 7:52 a.m., a motor vehicle ran off the road at 3rd Ave. SW and Veterans Memorial Highway.
Dec. 17
Assault: Officers responded to an assault on Meadowlark Ave. at 2:36 a.m.
Animal: At 1:24 p.m., a dog bite occurred in the 2100 block of 16th St. NE.
Dec. 18
Suspicion: At 12:54 a.m., a subject was pounding on doors in the 100 block of 6th Ave. NE.
Domestic: Officers responded to a domestic disturbance in the 900 block of Main St. W. at 3:29 p.m.
Dec. 19
Disturbance: At 8:32 a.m., a disturbance occurred in the 200 block of Central Ave.
Harassment: At 9:28 a.m., a harassment incident occurred in the 100 block of 16th St. NE.
Larceny: Officer took a larceny report at K-M Middle School at 3:26 p.m.
Fraud: Police began an investigation of a Facebook scam in the 500 block of 3rd Ave. SW at 9:46 p.m.
Dec. 20
Suspicion: At 10:46 a.m., Kasson Public Schools received a suspicious phone call.
Child Neglect: Police began an investigation of child neglect in the city at 1:11 p.m.
Intoxication: Officers responded to an intoxicated subject in the 500 block of Veterans Memorial Highway W. at 8:23 p.m.
Dec. 21
Larceny: At 9:12 a.m., a bike was stolen from the 300 block of 1st Ave. NW. It was later recovered.
Disturbance: Officers responded to a disruptive student at ZED at 8:12 a.m.
Suspicion: Police responded to suspicious activity in the 700 block of 5th Ave. NW at 1:39 p.m.
Fleeing: At 8:47 p.m., a vehicle was not stopping for police at Main St. W. and 4th Ave. NW.
Dec. 22
Tampering: Officers took reports of motor vehicle tampering in the 600 block of 4th Ave. NE at 12:58 p.m., the 800 block of 5th Ave. NE at 2:47 p.m. and the 1100 block of 6th St. NE at 4:54 p.m.
Disturbance: Police responded to a disturbance in the 900 block of 9th Ave. NE at 5:10 p.m.
Trespassing: At 6:25 p.m., a subject was trespassing in the 300 block of Mantorville Ave. S.
Suspicion: Police responded to suspicious activity in the 200 block of 2nd Ave. NE at 10:17 p.m.
Dec. 23
Domestic: Officers responded to a domestic disturbance in the 100 block of 3rd Ave. SW at 5:15 p.m.
