Rebecca LaRae Rix, 58, Kasson

Rebecca LaRae (Bestor) Rix, age 58, of Kasson, died at her home July 13, 2021, following her battle with cancer. Becky was born September 25, 1962 in Cresco, Iowa, the daughter of Dallas and Connie (Ferrie) Bestor. She was united in marriage to Frank Rix on August 23, 1986 in Decorah, at Dunning Springs. She enjoyed spending time with her kids, grandkids, friends, and family. She liked camping, and canoeing on the river, especially on the Upper Iowa River. She was outgoing and a good friend to many. She is survived by her husband, Frank; children: Elisha, Danielle, and Tanner; grandchildren: Jaden, Savannah, Josie, and Harrison; parents, Dallas and Connie; and sister, Sandi Bestor, and niece, Kayla Bestor.
A Celebration of Life for Becky will be held from 2 to 6 p.m. Saturday, July 24, 2021, at Events in Kasson.
She will be greatly missed by all who loved her.
