Eugene (Gene) E. Ludlow, 92, Kasson

Eugene (Gene) E. Ludlow passed away peacefully at Prairie Manor Care Center in Blooming Prairie, on May 19, 2021, at 92 years of age.
Gene worked for the Mayo Clinic for many years before retiring in 1989. He was a veteran and long-time member of the American Legion.
Gene was born on Oct. 18, 1928 to Earl and Mildred (Sumpter) Ludlow in Gilman, Iowa. He married Frances (Lorraine) Martin on April 26, 1958. To everyone’s surprise, Gene and Lorraine eloped!
He was a very proud husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather.He was preceded in death by his parents (Earl and Mildred), three siblings (Howard, Clarice, and Marietta), and two children (Arnie and Britt).
Gene is survived by his wife Lorraine, brother Lloyd, son Morgan, daughters Lisa and Rebecca, many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
