Home Federal officially opens new office

Home Federal Savings Bank in Kasson celebrated its remodeled offices last week with an open house in the afternoon and a Business After Hours with a ribbon cutting in the evening.
The bank recently finished the remodeling of its offices on Mantorville Avenue and has consolidated all of its services into the one location. McKern Financial Group has moved into Home Federal’s old location on Main Street in Kasson.
With the entire staff operating out of one location, the Kasson Branch of Home Federal is now a one-stop-shop for all banking and financial needs, said Market President Matt Bradford.
Kasson State Bank became a Home Federal branch in August of 2015, he said, and until recently has been operating out of two locations with the main banking facility on Main Street in Kasson and the Mantorville Avenue serving as the drive-through facility.
The remodeling, he said, doubled the size of the banking space available in the building.
The bank location includes nine parking spaces that are available to patrons as well as the remodeled drive-through.
There are seven full time employees in Kasson, he said. Home Federal operates in Minnesota and Wisconsin, he said.
The bank lobby is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The drive-through is open Monday and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturdays.
