FILING PERIOD FOR TOWNSHIP OFFICER POSITIONS
 
The filing period for Milton Township officer positions to be elected in March, 2019, will open on January 1, 2019, and close at 5 pm Jan. 15, 2019. Two positions will be elected:
 
One Supervisor (3 year term)
Treasurer (2 year term)
 
Interested persons may file for either office by contacting Madge Alberts, Milton Township Clerk, at clerk@milton-township.com, or (507)254-5545. The town hall will be open from 1-5 pm on Tuesday, Jan. 15, 2019. The filing fee is $2.
 
The annual township meeting and election will be held on March 12, 2019.
Voting is from 5-8 pm. Annual meeting begins at 8:05 pm
