Beth Dohrmann, 89, Claremont

Beth E.  Dohrmann, 89, of Claremont, died Tuesday, March 31, 2015, at her home.
She was born July 30, 1925 in, Dodge County the daughter of Lloyd and Marjorie (Sackett) Pierce. Beth graduated from West Concord High School with the class of 1943 and married Edward Dohrmann on Feb. 21, 1945. 
In her earlier years she worked at Maricles Grocery Store in West Concord. After her marriage she farmed and milked cows alongside of her husband. She also worked at the canning company in Dodge Center. 
Beth had a very strong faith in her Lord and a very deep love for her family and friends. She was a member of Concord Church of Christ. She enjoyed doing many things such as sewing, quilting, crossword puzzles, reading, gardening and playing cards with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her children, Dale (Pat) Dohrmann of West Concord, Diana Dohrmann of Claremont, Dennis (Cindy) Dohrmann of Claremont, Betty (Dick) Hart of Byron, Darrell Dohrmann of Claremont and friend Bev Gilbertson Elko, Nevada, and Bonnie Dohrmann of Claremont. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and her dog Molly.
She was preceded in death by her husband Edward in 1994 and son Edward “Butch” in 2008.
Visitation was at the Michaelson Funeral Home, West Concord, April 2, 2015.  Interment will be in the Concord Cemetery in Concord Township. Memorials are preferred to Concord Church of Christ.
