SUMMONS
THE STATE OF MINNESOTA TO THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANTS: 
You, and each of you, are hereby summoned and required to answer the Complaint of the Plaintiff in the above entitled action, which has been filed in the office of the Court Administrator of the above named Court in the City of Mantorville, Dodge County, Minnesota, and to serve your Answer to said Complaint upon the Court Administrator of said Court within twenty (20) days after the service of the Summons upon you, exclusive of the day of such service, and if you fail to answer said Complaint within the time aforesaid, the Plaintiff in this action will apply to the Court for the relief demanded in said Complaint; and you are hereby notified that the object of this action, among other things, is to determine the title and adverse claims to the land hereinafter described, and that such action affects the following described lands, situated in the County of Dodge, State of Minnesota, owned by the Plaintiff, to-wit:
