ORDINANCE NO. 16-03 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLAREMONT, MINNESOTA, AMENDING CITY CODE CHAPTER 11 SECTION 11.055 PERTAINING TO KENNELS The City Council of Claremont Ordains:

1. City Code Section 11.055, Subd. 3 Paragraph E is hereby deleted in its entirety and the following substituted in its stead:
“E. A Hobby Kennel license may be issued in a residential zoning district provided that the number of animals does not exceed six and the Council finds that the proposed operation will not adversely affect surrounding properties.”
Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be effective upon passage and publication.
