NOTICE OF ANNUAL DODGE COUNTY FAIR BOARD MEETING

The annual meeting of the Dodge County Agricultural & Mechanical Society is set for Wednesday, November 9, 2016 at 7:00 PM.  The meeting will be held at the Dodge County Government Services Building at 721 Main Street North, Mantorville, Minnesota.  Please use the entrance on the south side of the building.  
Six directors’ terms are expiring; they are:  Jess Harris – Mantorville Township; Sue Alberts, Secretary – Canisteo Township; David Wetzstein – Ellington Township; Mike Brual, Treasurer – West Concord City; Annie Thayer – Kasson City; Mike Grant – Dodge Center City; Kelly Caspers – Hayfield City, 2 year term; Open – Ripley Township, 1 year term.  Nominations will be accepted from the floor.  Voting members are those individuals who have paid their membership dues by or on the last day of the 2016 Dodge County Fair which was July 17, 2016.
Also on the agenda is a review and financial wrap-up of the 2016 Dodge County Free Fair, plus discussion of plans for 2017 and the future.
