Description: Phase one will include: Site grading, Site utilities, Curb & Gutter, Bituminous paving, Concrete paving, Landscaping, Fuel island, Site Electrical, Foundation excavation, Concrete foundations, Masonry foundation walls and Salt/Sand storage building.
 
Schedule: Award project contracts: May 31, 2016
Project Start – June 13, 2016 
Project Completion: November 4, 2016
 
Wages Paid: This is a prevailing wage project. All Steele County requirements shall be incorporated 
into contracts including Prevailing Wages and State & Federal Statutes.
 
 
Bid Opening: Thursday, April 28, 2016 by 10:00 a.m.  at Steele County Board Room
 
 
Proposals: Sealed Bids will be received by the Board of County Commissioners of Steele County, Minnesota at the Office of the County Auditor, Steele County Administration Center, 630 Florence Ave, Owatonna, Minnnesota 55060.
               Bids will opened and publicly read in the Steele County Board Room, Administration Center
