Triton Choir concerts slated for Dec. 14

The choirs of Triton Middle School and Triton High School will present an evening of choral music on Monday, Dec. 14, in the Triton Performing Arts Center.
The evening will be divided into three concerts in order accommodate the large audiences.
The sixth grade concert will begin at 6 p.m. Performing will be the Sixth Grade Boys Choir under the direction of John Miller and the Sixth Grade Girls Choir under the direction of Craig Anderson.
The seventh and eighth grade concert will begin at 6:40 p.m.
Performing will be the Seventh Grade Boys Choir under the direction of Miller and the Seventh Grade Girls Choir and the Eighth Grade Mixed Choir, both under the direction of Anderson.
Mrs. Marcia Pitzenberger will be the accompanist for all of the Middle School choirs.
The High School choirs will present their concert at 7:30 p.m.
The 42-voice Mixed Choir, the 68-voice Concert Choir and various ensembles will perform. The evening will conclude with both High School choirs joining together to perform “Peace, Peace.”
