Carrying the cross

On the right, Ethan Lee, took a turn carrying the cross on Good Friday along the road leading up to South Zumbro Lutheran Church. Members and friends of the church took turns carrying the heavy cross as a reminder of Jesus carrying the cross to the crucifixion site. Readings were given at stops along the way by Pastor Pete Wyttenbach and members who told what crosses they were bearing and why they took their turn to carry it.
