James Eugene Coughlon, 89, Kasson

Just after midnight February 21, 2025, James Eugene Coughlon left this world to join his grandson William Ndidi Coughlon in the presence of our Lord. Jim was a loving husband to Marlene, a good, loving and proud father to Dan Coughlon of Accokeek Maryland, (Carmela) Don Coughlon (Jenny) from Rochester, Dawn Johnson (Steve) from Kasson and Danette (Kurt) Baker from San Antonio Texas. He left behind eight grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Jim’s great loves were his wife, Marlene, of  64 years, his entire family, his daughters-in-law, his sons-in-law and a good joke.  If  Jim was not your friend, it merely means that he had yet to meet you. Jim has donated his body to the Mayo Clinic. There will be a private celebration of his life at a future date. Please make any donations to the American Cancer Association or your favorite charity.
