Randy Marin, 31, Kasson, previously appeared and was convicted of felony possession of pornographic work. He was sentenced to $130, 30 days in county jail, no possession of firearms, attend sex offender program, therapy, psychiatric evaluation, no contact with victim, write letter of apology, no contact with minors, no alcohol or controlled substance use, do not enter liquor establishments, obtain and maintain housing and employment, no access to Internet without approval, no possession of pornography, predatory offender registration and 5 years of supervised probation.

Fire: Deputies responded to a recreational fire in the 1100 block of 7th St. W. in Mantorville at 11:36 a.m.
Animal: At 12 p.m., 12 cows were loose at County Hwy. 22 and 280th Ave. in Pine Island.
Fire: At 2:01 p.m., a field fire occurred at 550th St. and 270th Ave. in Pine Island.

Disturbance: At 2:08 p.m., a verbal disturbance occurred in the 100 block of Hwy. St. W. in Dodge Center.

Oct. 20
Fire: At 1:03 p.m., there was a fire in the woods in the 22800 block of 680th St. in Kasson.
Oct. 21
Harassment: At 7:08 a.m., a harassment incident occurred in the 100 block of 6th Ave. NE in Hayfield.
Disturbance: Deputies responded to a disturbance in the 100 block of 6th Ave. NE in Hayfield at 8:18 a.m.
Trespassing: At 10:40 a.m., a subject was trespassing in the 24000 block of 590th St. in Mantorville.
Larceny: Deputy took a report of a trail camera stolen from the 61300 block of 265th Ave. in Mantorville at 12:10 p.m.
Vape: At 2:08 p.m., a student had a vape at Triton Schools.
Sexual Assault: Deputies received a report of a sexual assault in Hayfield at 2:25 p.m.
Vandalism: Property damage was reported in the 100 block of 6th Ave. NE in Hayfield at 2:48 p.m.
Fire: At 7:22 p.m., a grass fire occurred in the 75400 block of 135th Ave. in Blooming Prairie.

Larceny: Deputy took a theft report at Triton Schools at 3:39 p.m.

Hit and Run: At 9:50 p.m., a hit and run accident occurred in the 800 block of 8th Ave. NE.
