Subway burglarized in Dodge Center

Dodge County authorities are asking for the public’s help in solving a burglary at a Dodge Center eatery.
Sheriff’s deputies responded to the Subway Restaurant at 12:23 a.m. on Nov. 17 on a intrusion alarm. When they arrived, they found the front door had been shattered and an undetermined amount of cash taken.
Sheriff Scott Rose said it appears the suspect left the building through the back door of the business. He added deputies canvassed the area, but were unable to find the suspect.
Video surveillance shows a male suspect with a grey or green hoodie sweatshirt, white baseball cap, gloves and a bandana covering his face, according to Rose.
Anyone with information is urged to contact the sheriff’s office at 507-635-6200.
