‘Fenders and Fibers’ Sunday at Wasioja

Wasioja’s summer event is coming Sunday, July 28, and it has a new name this year.
Now called Fenders and Fibers, the one-day event, sponsored by the Dodge County Historical Society, will feature classic cars along with the vintage tractors we’ve done in the past. There will be beautifully crafted quilts in the Ted Bartel Gardens, with music provided by the Onion Creek Band.
The Wasioja Church will again feature antique quilts, some for sale by the owner. In the Wasioja School, the Mantorville Art Guild will display some of their current works. Our coin expert, Dean Jirousek, will be in the Recruiting Station with a display of historic coins.
