Bailey D. Zywicki, 26, St. Peter, previously appeared and was convicted of felony violation of order for protection. Zywicki was sentenced to $1,080, 15 days in county jail, no possession of firearms, domestic abuse counseling, no contact with victim, maintain employment, chemical dependency evaluation, no alcohol or controlled substance use, do not enter liquor establishments, mental health evaluation, 100 hours of community service and 5 years of supervised probation.

Threats: Deputies responded to a subject making threats in the 600 block of Clay St. in Mantorville at 4:03 p.m.

Disturbance: Deputies responded to a disturbance in the 200 block of 2nd St. SW in Dodge Center at 2:07 a.m.
