Sex Offense: Deputies began an investigation of a sex offense in Hayfield at 11:14 a.m.
Jan. 4
Fire: Deputies responded to a brush pile fire in the 26500 block of 720th St. in Hayfield at 4:01 p.m.
Counterfeit: At 5:53 p.m., Dollar General in Hayfield reported receiving counterfeit bills.
Jan. 6
Domestic: Deputies responded to a domestic assault on 2nd St. NE in Dodge Center at 1:48 a.m.
Jan. 7
Crash: Paramedics and deputies responded to a motor vehicle accident with injuries at 185th Ave. and 595th St. in Dodge Center at 9:12 a.m.
Domestic: At 5:17 p.m., a domestic disturbance occurred in the 25000 block of 655th St. in Kasson.
Threats: At 9:42 p.m., a Dodge Center resident reported receiving threatening text messages.

Fire: Deputies responded to a brush fire in the 65800 block of 180th Ave. in Dodge Center at 7:51 a.m.

Fire: Deputies responded to a fire in a boiler room in the 9200 block of 48th St. at 5:39 p.m.

Suspicion: Police responded to suspicious activity in the 900 block of Main St. W. at 9:11 p.m.

Animal: Police received an animal complaint from State Hwy. 57 and U.S. Hwy. 14 at 8:30 a.m.
Jan. 7
Disturbance: Officers responded to a disturbance on Main St. W. at 12:03 a.m.
Domestic: Police responded to a domestic disturbance on Meadowlark Ave. at 12:35 a.m.

Disturbance: Police responded to a disturbance in the 100 block of 16th St. NE at 9:07 a.m.

Harassment: At 11:34 a.m., a harassment incident occurred in the 600 block of Mantorville Ave. N.
Hit and Run: At 12:15 p.m., a hit and run accident occurred in the 100 block of 6th Ave. NE.
Crash: At 3:43 p.m., a vehicle hit a telephone pole in the 26500 block of 625th St.
