K-M inducts new members into Honor Society

Kasson-Mantorville High School inducted 28 new members in the local chapter of the Minnesota Honor Society on December 3. Advisor Vanessa Jones said that the new members joined the 27 individuals already members.
Newly inducted members included:
Delaney Awe, Abigail Barnum, Alivia Bellrichard, Emma Bradford, Ethan Brewner, Alianna DuBois, Seraphina Ellinghysen, Kara Farnsworth, Jacey Heidt, Isaac Hruska, Lars Ingram, Brooks Irish, Natalie Knutson, Ian Kujath, Ethan Lee, Cohen Melcher, Emmett Oolman, Hannah Peterson, Jonathan Schultz, Liliana Scripture, Easton Suess, Wyatt Sullivan, Norah Swanson, Ava Threinen, Emily Thompson, Patrick Trihey, Addison Trow, and Natalie Willette.
Previous members included: Paige Alexander, Spencer Anderson, Ellie Ask, Annaka Binner, Bennett Brown, Sadie Coleman, Adam Darveaux, Aubrey Diercks, Kendall Dyke, Ellen Evans, Skylar Flicek, Addelyn Fosland, Callia Fosland, Paige Friedrich, Megan Giese, Kaia Langemo, Ella Mathias, Kyle Nelson, Amelia Peck, Leif Peterson, Calleigh Richards, Cullen Santjer, Sydney Shubert, Abbigail Simons, Oliver Sohm, Ava Sutton, Paige Vogel.
The chapter is led by an executive board including President Calleigh Richards, Vice President Cullen Santjer, Treasurer Kyle Nelson, and Secretary Kendall Dyke.
The Minnesota Honor Society has chapters in more than 130 high schools across the state, Jones said. It strives to give practical meaning to the ideals of scholarship, leadership, service, and character. It recognizes the total student, she said, one who excels in all these areas.
