Road construction in Byron

Minn., City Council: Road work on OC/RDS & 2nd Ave. NW.
It has been a total mess up. Why are they working at both ends at the same time?
The other day, they had both ends of OC/RDS blocked at 4th Street NW and 7th St. NW! They had to move the temp barricades so I could leave! I wasn’t the only one who had this problem.
The only way in or out of Meadowlark Ct. NW is 6th St. NW (two house lots long) then OC/RDS. Who is in charge of this mess? Did they inform the construction crews how we have to drive in to get to and from our address? They didn’t let you know which way to go north or south on OC/RDS to get out of the construction zone.
I’m not voting for any current city council member when they come up for re-election.
