YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED AND REQUIRED to serve upon Plaintiff’s attorney an Answer to the Amended Complaint which is on file in the Office of the Court Administrator of the above-named Court, within twenty (20) days after service of this Summons upon you, exclusive of the day of service. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Amended Complaint.
You are further notified that this action involves, affects, or brings in question real property situated in the County of Dodge, State of Minnesota, legally described as follows:
That part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 28, Township 107 North, Range 18 West, Dodge County, Minnesota, being described as follows:
Commencing at a point on the West line of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 28, distant 300 feet Northeasterly, measured at right angles, from the center line of said main track of Winona & St. Peter Railroad Co. (now Canadian Pacific Railway Co.) as said main track center line was originally located and established across said Section 28; thence Southeasterly along a line parallel with said original main track center line and along the Southerly line of Front Street, a distance of 1139.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence Southerly along a line at right angles to the last described course 227.00 feet; thence Easterly parallel with said track center line, 82.51 feet to the Southwest corner of a previously described parcel; thence Northerly along the West line of said previously described parcel, 102.00 feet to the Northwest corner thereof; thence Easterly along the North line of said previously described parcel, 30.00 feet; thence Northerly along the West line of a previously described parcel, 125.00 feet to a point on the Southerly line of Front Street, said point is 300.00 feet Westerly from the intersection of the Southerly extension of the Westerly line of Main Street and the Southerly line of Front Street; thence Westerly, parallel with said original main track, and along said Southerly line of Front Street, 112.51 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Pursuant to Minnesota Statute § 543.22, you are hereby notified that Rule 114 of the Minnesota General Rules of Practice describes the Alternative Dispute Resolution options available to you as a defendant in a civil action.
