LEGAL NOTICE Advertisement for Proposals

Proposals will be received by the Board of Vernon Township, Hayfield, MN for the following materials: 
3000 yards, more or less of ¾ inch road rock, delivered anywhere in the township.
3000 yards, more or less of ¾ inch road rock, loaded in our truck, stating price per yard. 
Materials to be delivered on or before September 1, 2017 
Each Proposal must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check, payable to Vernon Township, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid as a guarantee that the bidder, if successful, will enter into contract with the township for the work described in the proposal. This deposit will be subject to forfeiture as provided by law. 
The township reserves the right to reject any or all proposals to waive formalities, or to award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder. 
Proposals will be reviewed Monday, March 20, 2017 at 7:30 p.m. at the Vernon Town Hall.
