K-M FCCLA spends week at national conference

While most spend their Fourth of July watching fireworks, a group of K-M students spent that week at a conference across the country. 
Several K-M high schoolers spent the week of July 1-8 in San Diego for the FCCLA national conference. This group of students included Mackenzie Shay, Gabrielle Alvarado, Taya Lindquist, Ava Holtz, Markayla Kujath, Kenna Thornburg, Ella Holtz, Andrina Hasz, Makayla Griffin, Mackenzie Noble-Henden and faculty adviser Michelle Lindquist. 
The group of K-M students were just a small fraction of the 8,500 attendees at the conference. The sheer size was a surprise to first year
