Incident involving train believed to be suicide

The death of a Dodge Center man has been ruled a suspected suicide after he was struck by a train Jan. 22.
Kevin Forrest Kispert, 63, was found near the intersection of Second Street and 10th Avenue Northwest about 10:50 a.m. by a woman driving past.
No vehicle was in the area. Authorities believe he had been struck by an eastbound train that passed through about 45 minutes prior to Kispert being found.
