HVL Conference Championship results

Track and Field teams from the Hiawatha Valley Conference headed to Pine Island last Saturday to compete in the HVL Conference championships.
At the end of the competition, Pine Island won the boys championship while Byron took the title for the girls.
In the boys events, Pine Island had 219 points, Byron 182, Stewartville 137, Kasson-Mantorville 70, Triton 67, Rochester Lourdes 63, Lake City 56, Kenyon-Wanamingo 48, Cannon Falls 42 and Zumbrota-Mazeppa.
For the girls, Byron had 197.5 points, Stewartville 169.25, Rochester Lourdes 108, Pine Island 106.25, lake City 99.75, Kasson-Mantorville 61.5, Kenyon-Wanamingo 52, Zumbrota-Mazeppa 48.75, Triton 43 and Cannon Falls 31.
