Ashland TOWNSHIP ANNUAL MEETING AND ELECTION OF OFFICERS AND BOARD OF CANVASS MEETING

Notice is hereby given to the qualified voters of Ashland Township, County of Dodge, State of Minnesota, that the Annual Election of Town Officers and the Annual Town Meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 8, 2016 at the Ashland Town Hall, 18944 660th St.
The Election polls will be open from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at which time the voters will elect:
One Supervisor for a three year term
One Clerk for a two year term
The Annual meeting will commence at 4 p.m. to conduct all necessary business prescribed by law. The Board of Canvass will meet at 8:15 p.m. on Tuesday, March 8, 2016 to certify the election results. In case of inclement weather, the meeting and election will be postponed and held on Tuesday, March 15, 2016.
