The County Administrator called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. CST.   
The following actions were approved:
 
*  Agenda as presented.  
*  Cease nominations and direct County Administrator to cast unanimous ballot for John Allen as Chair of the Dodge County Board of Commissioners for 2019.  
*  Cease nominations and direct Chair to cast unanimous ballot for Rhonda Toquam as Vice Chair of the Dodge County Board of Commissioners for 2019.  
*  Cease nominations and direct Chair to cast unanimous ballot for Jim Elmquist as Clerk of the Dodge County Board of Commissioners for 2019.  
*  Set 2019 County Board meeting dates as presented.
*  Signatures to resolution #2019-01 - County Board Appointed as a Standing Committee of the Whole.
*  2019 committee assignments as discussed.
*  Appointment of boards, commissions and committees for 2019 as presented.
*  Chairman of the Board to act on behalf of the County Board in case of an emergency.  
*  Reaffirm Dodge County Out of State Travel Policy for Elected Officials as presented.  
*  Reaffirm Dodge County Mission and Vision statements as presented.  
*  2019 fee schedule as presented.  
*  Adjourn meeting at 9:18 a.m.
