Absentee voting underway across Minnesota

Dodge County voters will have the chance to vote early in the upcoming Aug. 13 state primary elections as of last Friday until Aug.12.
In the race for the Republican nominee for United States Senate, candidates include John Berman, Joe Fraser, Patrick D. Munro, Christopher Seymore Sr., Raymond D. Petersen, Loner Blue, Royce White, and Alycia R. Gruenhagen.
For the DFL candidates include Amy Klobuchar, Steve Carlson, Ahmad R. Hassan, George H. Kalberer, and Ole Savior.
In the Republican Primary for United States Congress candidates include incumbent Brad Finstad, and Shawn Tweten.
On the DFL side, Rachel Bohman is the only person running for the nomination.
Voters will have the chance to vote at the County Government building, located at 721 Main St. N., in Mantorville, Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., except for Monday, Aug. 12 when the polls will be open until 5 p.m. and on Saturday, Aug. 10 when polls are open from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m.
