Week six of racing at Chateau Speedway was highlighted Friday with the induction of six new members into the Chateau Speedway Hall of Fame.

On June 14 and 15, five Hayfield High School golfers trekked to Becker and played at Pebble Creek Golf Club, for the Class A State Championship. Although the golf team has sent a few golfers to state before, they have never sent five individual golfers to the state tournament.

Do all buses need to stop at railroad crossings?
Question: I have noticed that some of the local express shuttle buses do not stop at railroad crossings. I thought all buses were supposed to stop before crossing railroad tracks. Can you talk about this?

Summer in Minnesota means families are once again hitting the road for vacations and weekend fun. While many Minnesotans drive smart, too many are still driving too fast. Speed was the largest contributing factor in fatal traffic crashes during the 100 deadliest days last summer (Memorial Day to Labor Day).

Minnesota voters may now cast their ballots for candidates running in the statewide primary election on Tuesday, August 9, 2022. Voters in Dodge, Olmsted and other southern Minnesota counties in the 1st Congressional District can also vote in the special election to serve out the remainder of the late Rep. Jim Hagedorn’s term. Hagedorn died earlier this year.
