Blotter Spotlight: Trespassing: On Jan. 21 at 7:12 p.m., a subject was trespassing in the 55200 block of 201st Ave. in West Concord.

Animal: Deputies received a report of dogs being aggressive in the 18800 block of 690th St. in Dodge Center at 3:56 p.m.

Jan. 17

Vandalism: Deputy took a report of property damage to a vehicle in the 800 block of Center Ave. S. in Hayfield at 8:28 p.m.

Jan. 19

Animal Neglect: Deputies received a report of animal neglect in Dodge Center at 2:32 a.m.

Order for Protection: At 6:07 p.m., an order for protection violation occurred in the 400 block of 5th St. NE in Hayfield.

Jan. 20

Vandalism: At 11:03 a.m., a motor vehicle hit a mailbox in the 24700 block of 530th St. in Pine Island.

Child Neglect: Deputies received a report of child neglect in Kasson at 10:22 p.m.

Jan. 21

Order for Protection: Deputies began an investigation of a possible order for protection violation in the 800 block of Center Ave. S. in Hayfield at 7:53 a.m.

Domestic: Deputies responded to domestic disturbance in the 200 block of 2nd St. SW in Dodge Center at 7:34 p.m.

Domestic: At 8:41 p.m., a domestic disturbance occurred in the 100 block of 5th St. SW in Dodge Center.

Assault: Police responded to an assault at ZED at 3:10 p.m.

Disturbance: Officers responded to a disturbance in the 300 block of 6th St. SW at 11:07 p.m.

Jan. 17

Child Endangerment: Police received a report of child endangerment in the city at 6:14 p.m. They began an investigation.

Animal: Police received an animal complaint from 2nd St. NE at 8:55 p.m.

Assault: Officers responded to an assault in the 100 block of 5th St. NW at 9:43 p.m.

Jan. 18

Larceny: Officer took a larceny report in the 600 block of Mantorville Ave. N. at 12:31 p.m.

Jan. 19

Larceny: Police received a larceny report from the 100 block of 8th Ave. SW at 10:41 a.m.

Jan. 20

Suspicion: Police found suspicious activity in the 800 block of 10th St. NW at 10:11 p.m.

Jan. 21

Threats: At 7:18 a.m., a citizen reported threats via an online post. Police advised the party to take the post down.

Suspicion: Police responded to suspicious activity in the 1000 block of Main St. W. at 8:05 p.m.
