The following case was heard in Dodge County District Court the week of Sept. 15 with Judge Debra A. Groehler presiding:

Cody E. Boley, 27, Faribault, previously appeared and was convicted of felony counterfeiting of currency. He was sentenced to $130 and 24 months in St. Cloud State Prison

Blotter Spotlight: Fire: Deputies responded to a garbage truck fire in the 400 block of Hwy. St. W. in Dodge Center at 1:51 p.m. on Sept. 17.

The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office handled 212 complaints during the week of Sept. 11 — 17:

Sept. 11

Sex Offense: Deputies began an investigation of a sex offense in Dodge Center at 10:11 a.m.

Theft: At 12:21 p.m., a theft by swindle occurred in the 25700 block of 611th St. in Mantorville.

Animal: Deputies received a report of a dangerous dog on 3rd Ave. NE in Dodge Center at 4:44 p.m.

Trespassing: At 5:01 p.m., a subject was trespassing in the 300 block of 6th St. W. in Mantorville.

Fire: Deputies responded to a structure fire in the 69800 block of 220th Ave. in Kasson at 9:14 p.m.

Larceny: Deputy took a larceny report in the 300 block of Front St. E. in Claremont at 10:41 p.m.

Sept. 12

Trespassing: At 7:56 a.m., a subject was trespassing in the 300 block of Front St. E. in Claremont.

Sept. 13

Disturbance: Deputies responded to a disturbance in the 800 block of Center Ave. S. in Hayfield at 3:35 a.m.

Fire: At 4:57 a.m., a fire occurred in the 300 block of 2nd St. NE in Hayfield.

Disturbance: At 11:24 a.m., a verbal disturbance occurred in the 500 block of Front St. E. in Claremont.

Fire: Deputies responded to a grass fire at U.S. Hwy. 14 and County Road 9 in Kasson at 3:05 p.m.

Disturbance: At 11:41 p.m., a disturbance occurred on Main St. E. in Dodge Center.

Sept. 14

Disturbance: Deputies responded to a disturbance on 4th St. NW in Dodge Center at 3:29 a.m. and the 72000 block of 250th Ave. in Hayfield at 5:05 p.m.

Sept. 15

Larceny: At 8:21 a.m., deputy took a larceny report in the 400 block of 2nd St. NW in Dodge Center.

Larceny: At 8:30 a.m., signs were stolen from the 500 block of 3rd St. NW in Dodge Center.

Disturbance: Deputies responded to a disturbance in the 300 block of Front St. E. in Claremont at 7:58 p.m.

Vandalism: At 8:15 p.m., four juveniles were throwing glass and rocks at houses in the 500 block of 1st Ave. SE in Hayfield.

Assault: At 8:18 p.m., an assault occurred in the 700 block of 2nd St. NW in Dodge Center.

Sept. 16

Larceny: At 3:11 p.m., political signs were stolen from the 57000 block of State Hwy. 57 in West Concord.

Sept. 17

Harassment: At 8:26 a.m., a harassment incident occurred on 5th St. E. in Mantorville.

Disturbance: Deputies responded to a disturbance involving a disgruntled employee in the 67000 block of 170th Ave. in Dodge Center at 10:50 a.m.

Larceny: Deputy took a larceny report on Airport Dr. N. in Dodge Center at 5:50 p.m.

Animal: Deputies received a report of a dangerous dog on Main St. W. in Hayfield at 6:50 p.m.

Harassment: At 9:18 p.m., a harassment incident occurred in the 200 block of 2nd St. SW in Dodge Center.

The Kasson Police Department handled 141 complaints during the week of Sept. 11 — 17:

Sept. 11

Larceny: At 10:03 a.m., a plate was stolen from the 400 block of 2nd Ave. SW.

Animal: At 4:07 p.m., an animal bite occurred on 3rd Ave. SW in Dodge Center.

Sept. 12

Juvenile: Police received a juvenile complaint from Meadowlark Ave. at 10:04 a.m.

Threats: Police responded to a subject making threats at K-M Middle School at 2:17 p.m.

Sept. 13

Suspicion: Officers found suspicious activity in the 100 block of 7th St. NW at 12:04 a.m.

Suspicion: At 6:16 a.m., a male was sleeping in his car in the 400 block of 10th Ave. NE.

Vandalism: Property damage was reported in the 600 block of 1st Ave. NW at 8:30 a.m.

Juvenile: Police received a juvenile complaint from the 2000 block of Mantorville Ave. N. at 11:46 a.m.

Juvenile: At 2:43 p.m., a disgruntled student was being disruptive at ZED.

Sept. 14

Animal: At 7:11 a.m., there was a sick raccoon in the 500 block of 10th St. NE.

Juvenile: Police received a juvenile complaint from Mantorville Ave. S. and 8th St. SE at 1:54 p.m.

Fire: Officers responded to a grass fire in the 300 block of 8th St. SE at 4:18 p.m.

Sept. 15

Juvenile: Police received a juvenile complaint from the 600 block of Veterans Memorial Highway W. at 9:18 a.m.

Sept. 16

Fire: Officers responded to a truck fire on Veterans Memorial Highway E. at 8:10 a.m.

Narcotics: Police found narcotics during a traffic stop in the 500 block of Main St. W. at 10:18 a.m.

Larceny: At 5:48 p.m., a package was stolen from the 700 block of Main St. W.

Suspicion: Police responded to suspicious activity at 3rd St. SE and 8th Ave. SE at 8:03 p.m.
