PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
On Monday, March 13 at 6:30 pm in the City Council Chambers, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Kasson will hold the following Public Hearings:
1. Bigelow Voigt Land Development has submitted a Final Plat for land described as 1500 W Main St and That part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 32, Township 107 North, Range 16 West, Dodge County, Minnesota, described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 32; thence South 89 degrees 40 minutes 26 seconds East (NOTE: All bearings are in relationship with the Dodge County Coordinate System NAD ‘83, Adjusted 1996) along the South line of said Northeast Quarter, 553.77 feet to the Southeast corner of Outlot B, PRAIRIE WILLOW ESTATES SECOND, according to the plat thereof on file in the County Recorder’s office, Dodge County, Minnesota, being the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence North 00 degrees 13 minutes 02 seconds East, along the East line of said Outlot B, a distance of 347.00 feet to the Southwesterly corner of Lot 3, Block 1 of PRAIRIE WILLOW ESTATES THIRD, according to the plat thereof on file in the County Recorder’s office, Dodge County, Minnesota; thence South 89 degrees 37 minutes 46 seconds East, along the Southerly line said PRAIRIE WILLOW ESTATES THIRD, 254.61 feet to the Westerly line of PRAIRIE WILLOW TOWNHOMES, according to the plat thereof on file in the County Recorder’s office, Dodge County, Minnesota; thence Southerly 349.13 feet along a non-tangential curve concave Easterly, having a central angle of 19 degrees 54 minutes 20 seconds, radius of 1004.93 feet, chord of said curve bears South 02 degrees 57 minutes 49 seconds East; thence North 89 degrees 40 minutes 26 seconds West along the South line of said Northeast Quarter, 273.89 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
TOGETHER WITH:
Outlot B of PRAIRIE WILLOWS ESTATES SECOND, according to the plat thereof on file in the County Recorder’s office, Dodge County, Minnesota. Said parcel contains 6.16 acres more or less. Said parcel is subject to County right-of-way along its southerly line.
2. Matt Leth has submitted a request for a Preliminary Plat for Leth Subdivision described as: The North ½ of the West ½ of the Northwest ¼ of the Northwest ¼, Section 3, Township 106 North, Range 16 West, Dodge County, Minnesota. Said Parcel contains 9.89 acres, more or less.
The parcel is located on the East side of 8th Ave SE.
