PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Mantorville City Council will hold a public hearing at its regularly scheduled meeting on Monday, December 14, 2015, starting at 6:30 pm, or shortly thereafter, to consider an application for a variance from the height requirement for an oversized accessory structure.  

The applicants are Mark and Ann Torkelson and the request is to extend the previous approved height variance of 18’.  All interested parties should attend.  If you are unable to attend the public hearing, comments may be mailed or dropped off at the City Hall office, 21 – 5th Street East, Mantorville.  All comments received by the hearing date will be forwarded to the City Council.
