CANISTEO TOWNSHIP BID NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That the Canisteo Township Board in the County Dodge will let bids on class #2 - ¾ inch crushed rock delivered to any location in Canisteo Township, and a bid price for class #2 - ¾ inch crushed rock picked up at the quarry. 

The bidder is to quote a price per ton of material only. 

Aggregate material shall comply with MN/DOT specification No. 3138 (class 2), except that the material passing the No. 200 sieve shell be modified to 7- 15 percent. 

The portion passing the #200 sieve of the carbonate aggregate insoluble residue shall not exceed 16 percent. 

The Canisteo Board will also let bids for screened l ½ inch crushed rock delivered to any location in Canisteo Township and, a price for 1 ½ inch crushed rock picked up at the quarry. 

The bidder is to quote a price per ton of material only. 

Bids will be let at the hour of 9:30 o’clock A.M. on February 7, 2017 at the Canisteo Township Hall located on 250th Avenue (County #13). 

Bidders are to provide a certificate-of-insurance with their bid. 

The Canisteo Township Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to reward the bid to the lowest responsible bidder. 

The Canisteo Township Board will meet for their next regular monthly meeting February 7, 2017, at 9:00 o’clock A.M., at the township hall.
