Neal Paulson, 80, Hayfield

Neal Dana Paulson, a beloved member of the Hayfield, MN community, passed away on February 23, 2024, at the age of 80. Born on February 20, 1944, Neal was the eldest son of Arlie and Vivian Paulson in their family of nine children.

Neal's life was marked by resilience and dedication. A Vietnam Army Veteran, he was honored for his service in 2023 with a trip to Washington, DC. Neal found success as an entrepreneur, leaving a lasting impact on communities in Florida, Texas, and Minnesota.

Neal leaves behind a legacy of familial devotion, surviving siblings, and loving children and grandchildren. His final days were filled with celebration and surrounded by family and friends.

A memorial will be held at the annual Paulson family reunion, and Neal will be laid to rest at Fort Snelling on July 19, 2024, with military honors.
